The Sanitation Team Member I supports the entire facility by maintaining the plant in good sanitary conditions, product changeover washes, scheduled detailed cleaning, amongst other sanitation-related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Following all safety procedures such as Lock out Tag out.
- Ability to perform sanitation tasks in all departments and outside building premises.
- Clean, wash and sanitize all production and/or packaging equipment.
- Maintain equipment up to company standards
- Basic knowledge of handling sanitation chemicals and washing tools (w/proper training)
- Intermediate ability to sanitize equipment prior to Pre-op inspection
- Basic Cleaning and Sanitation skills
- Ability to work fast pace to wash using hand and manual sanitation systems
- Ability to utilize general Sanitation equipment
- Ability to perform general Sanitation cleaning labor.
- Ability to work utilizing cleaning solutions, wash & sanitize surfaces and equipment using CFS stations and tools
- Ability to work with high pressure hot water nozzles
- Communicates effectively at all levels in the sanitation and operating departments
- Understands measurements (Oz. Lbs. Gals.).
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- High School/ G.E.D
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience on the field (Food Industry is a plus)
After completing an application, qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone screen followed by an interview with the Sanitation management team. Selected candidates will then be scheduled for an offer of employment and orientation with the HR Department.
