A.PURPOSE
Ability to work independently role modeling the appropriate GMP’s. Employee can effectively perform a full range of assignments using higher level Management guidance to assure that all products leave the plant in compliance with consumer expectations.

- Must understand the appropriate requirements in the use of code dates and product rotation.
- Follow all company’s safety procedures
- Must be able to perform all activities relating to product management (Month end Inventory, physical cycle counts, Identifying, staging, inventory rotation and management).
- Adhere to all product-handling procedures.
- Verify date codes on each pallet and quantity information.
- Follow proper allergen storage procedures
- Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and participating in daily cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
- Must have a positive attitude when helping peers, leaders, or supervisors
- Assist the Shipping and Receiving team as needed
- Maintain hygiene; follow GMP’s; SQF and USDA guidelines.
- Ability to operate Forklift (Reach; Standup) and Electric Pallet Jacks.
- Verify that equipment is in good working condition.
- Ability to Load & Unload truck as required

C.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School (able to read write)

Minimum 5 experience on the field (Food Industry is a plus) operating under the following:
- Forklift certification & ability to operate the following equipment: Reach; Standup and pallet jack.
- Knowledge of Warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanners
