Job Summary
As a Computed Tomography Technician, you will operate CAT Scan equipment to produce diagnostic imaging for patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating CT equipment to capture detailed radiographic scans.
- Reconstructing image data and assessing the quality of examinations.
- Maintaining patient safety and providing first aid when necessary.
- Performing various clerical duties, including managing patient records and scheduling exams.
- Applying stringent infection control protocols and ensuring equipment safety standards.
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification and Texas Medical Board certification as Medical Radiologic Technologist.
- Current CPR certification.
- ARRT (CT) Credential to be acquired within one year of employment.
