Job Description
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in our Rehabilitation unit, you will work under the supervision of an RN to provide care in accordance with policies and procedures. You will collaborate with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include reading and writing basic English, transferring physician's orders, and using the FIM instrument to assess patient function level of independence throughout the rehabilitation program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Rehab nursing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills needed
• Ability to manage a team and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
