We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Insurance Agency Specialist with a 2-20 Property & Casualty license to support and assist franchise insurance agencies in driving growth and retention. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for expansion, and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between corporate and franchisees, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed for success.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the liaison between corporate and franchise insurance agencies.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees to improve client conversion and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist franchisees in understanding insurance products, compliance, and business strategies.
- Travel to franchise locations as needed to provide in-person support and training.
