We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our insurance agency. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing data related to policy performance, customer retention, and trends to inform strategic decisions for the sales operations. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize policyholder retention strategies, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze policyholder data to identify cancellation trends and retention opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions to the sales dept.
- Design, propose and implement initiatives to improve policyholder retention and loyalty.
- Evaluate and optimize retention campaigns
- Track policy changes, cancellations, and renewals.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all systems
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Manage and oversee all agency communication channels, ensuring timely distribution and prompt attention to all correspondence.
- Prepare reports for audits and regulatory reviews
- Streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes for management
- Implement best practices in data management and analytics tools.
- Hire, train and lead a team of agents that will also perform the duties of the role.
