Job Summary
Sales representatives use their knowledge of a company's products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. Their duties may include developing sales pitches to sell products, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers, and maintaining documentation of their sales, such as customer contracts.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process in the area of your attention and meet the assigned goal.
- Make calls to prospects that enter the System to sell the Franchise System.
- Investigate the profile of the candidates identifying possible network flags.
- Manage databases to identify potential customers in your area of focus (Agents 220-215-440, Accountants/Tax Preparers, Used Car Dealerships, Health Insurance Agents/Agencies needing P&C products, Tag Agencies Expediters, Car Services Centers, etc.). Perform cross selling with customers who have already purchased policies by implementing email campaigns.
- Control the execution of the sales process keeping control over the timing.
- Research the market for your attention. Propose different actions according to market characteristics.
- Implement the corresponding actions in the procedure for the signing ceremony of the Franchise Agreement.
- The Franchise Sales Department during the year will participate in fairs, expos and events that are considered strategic.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Preferred). At least (1) year of relevant experience (Preferred). 440 license agent (Preferred)
