We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler. This is an entry-level position, and no prior work experience is required. We provide all necessary training! As an Appointment Scheduler, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring seamless communication between clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
- Answer inbound calls and emails regarding appointment inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date appointment calendar.
- Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate with clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Assist with other office-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- No previous work experience necessary — training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends.
