Are you a natural leader with a flair for hospitality? Delamar Mystic is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Banquet Captain to lead our banquet team and ensure flawless execution of events, from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate gatherings.
As a Banquet Captain, you’ll oversee the event service team, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional. You’ll be the point person for ensuring our service is seamless, timely, and professional.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of banquet servers and bartenders
- Execute event setups, timelines, and service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team and event planners
- Maintain the highest level of guest service and satisfaction
- Keep events running smoothly from start to finish

- Experience as a Banquet Captain or similar leadership role in F&B
- Hands-on leadership style and team-first mentality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
