What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeper position at Delamar Hotel?
Delamar Mystic- NEW stunning waterfront luxury boutique hotel with views of the Mystic River is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented room attendant to clean rooms and/or lobby daily with an intuitive service-minded philosophy and to the highest standards of cleanliness.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Cleaning hotel rooms daily and preparing rooms for guest check-in.
- Bring your own special charm, warmth, and genuine customer service.
- Provide superior guest service and respond quickly to the needs of our guests.
- Become part of a close working team of proud professionals.
- Must love customer service and find satisfaction in serving others.
- Remove dirty room linens from the guest rooms that are to be put away and never left in the corridors.
- Replace all guest room supplies and stationery to the required standard.
- Restock linen in each room to the required standard.
Qualifications:
- Requires candidates to remain on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Previous experience working in Housekeeping and Hospitality is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required.
- Must have clean criminal bakground record
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must have a valid US Visa/ proper documentation to work.
