Job Summary
Deland Aviation is hiring an Entry Level Part-Time Front Desk Agent / Flight Dispatch.
Required Availability:
Schedule may vary, flexibility is highly desirable.
Primary responsibilities
- Greet customers and providing required services
- Answer phone calls, route calls to specific people and/or take detailed messages
- Dispatch flight school training activities. Check training records and personnel files
- Create Invoices and Receive payments
- Follow directives from office staff and management
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
