What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Service Technician - Aircraft Fueler position at Deland Aviation?
Aircraft Fueler Position:
Deland Aviation, FBO is currently accepting applications for a Line Service Tech. This job consists of refueling aircraft, marshalling, towing, cleaning, and other misc shop duties. Weekly schedules are variable.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Daily Inspections and Fuel Quality Control Checks
- Transfer fuel from truck to designated aircraft
- Marshal aircraft in/out of their assigned parking area
- Towing and movement of aircraft on ramp
- Handling of bags, luggage, and assisting clients with their aircraft services
- General Cleaning of Aircraft and Facilities
- Inspection of Line Service Equipment
- Assist mechanics with Aircraft Maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Line Service experience or similar Military experience.
- Must have a high attention to Detail
- Be able to follow strict safety protocols and procedures
- Posses a strong work ethic and be reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Work Location: In person
Salary : $17 - $22
