As a Client Advocate on our Personal Lines team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with clients and carriers, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of agency policies, procedures, and systems to ensure seamless client support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals, leveraging your communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process Certificate requests, applications, cancellations, and other client needs with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize our CRM system – Applied Epic – to enhance client engagement, improve communication, and increase productivity.
- Effectively communicate with carriers via phone and email to problem-solve and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong motivation and accountability to drive results, meet expectations, and exceed performance goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
