Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes, allowing you to provide informed support to clients and colleagues alike.
- Provide industry-leading customer service by actively listening to client needs, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Assist with Certificate requests, applications, cancellations, and other client needs, leveraging your attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Master our CRM system – Applied Epic – to streamline communication and enhance the client experience.
- Communicate effectively with carriers via phone and email to problem-solve and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on insurance or a related field.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced small business environment.
- Motivation and accountability to drive results and meet expectations.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Grit and organizational abilities to tackle complex tasks and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
