Scope of Role |
Senior Leadership role as a full lifecycle SDLC leader to manage all aspects of an Azure SaaS powered and on Prem Warehouse Execution System The role will be focused on managing a team in excess of 100 FTE’s to deliver full software development lifecycle. The sprint, QA and performance teams will report to the Product Manager. The landscape is developed in JAVA and there is a strong focus on developing micro-services and API based capabilities. A new mobile and portal based UI is also included. The role will be supported by operational managers, talent and recruitment and finance support. The role will be bringing leading SDLC practices to the teams and to create a culture of excellence. The SDLC covers full managed including release cycles onto an Azure cloud environment. The role has to bring experience of building high performance teams and a positive culture of engagement, development and associate improvement. |
