About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Dealer Services Agent with a strong background in F&I and automotive dealership operations to join our elite team. This is a remote, territory-based role where you will build relationships with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships, sell F&I products, and drive high-volume deal closings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell finance & insurance (F&I) products to franchise, independent, and luxury/highline auto dealerships in the Los Angeles market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with general managers, finance directors, dealer principals, and decision-makers.
- Close 10-12 deals per week using consultative sales, menu selling, and deal structuring skills.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while growing your dealership network.
- Operate independently without micromanagement, driving consistent market penetration and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales (franchise or independent dealer experience preferred).
- Proven success in high-volume deal closings and strong per-unit profitability (PVR).
- Deep knowledge of F&I product sales, dealer finance, and lender relations.
