What You’ll Do
As the Compensation Manager, you will lead efforts to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with business goals. You'll work collaboratively with leadership and HR teams to create dynamic pay structures that enhance employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compensation Program Design : Develop and implement competitive salary structures, sales commission plans, and other variable compensation programs.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking : Conduct regular market studies to ensure competitive pay practices and recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.
- Pay Practice Harmonization : Streamline pay practices across multiple business entities to create a consistent and fair compensation framework.
- Pay Transparency : Lead efforts to implement pay transparency initiatives in compliance with relevant regulations, fostering trust and equity.
- Data-Driven Insights : Analyze compensation data and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Position Management : Develop and maintain job classifications, pay grades, and salary ranges to ensure consistency and equity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.
- Education & Training : Train managers and HR team members on compensation policies and practices to enhance understanding and compliance.
