What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Age Child Care Program Assistant position at Delaware City School District?
Delaware City Schools Pacer SACC ensures safe, healthy, fun before and after school environments that foster responsibility and independence while promoting academic, physical and social growth for all DCS students. The Program Assistant is responsible for safety and supervision of children, implementation of day-to-day activities, assistance with design and implementation of curriculum, and engagement, encouragement and positive youth development for all participants. All employees work a split shift, morning and afternoon, for approximately 4 hours per day. Must be at least 18 years old with minimum of high school diploma. Experience and passion for working with children strongly preferred.
