Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Assist prospective students by providing information regarding program availability, requirements, and other requested information; Assist in the completion of registration and financial aid processes; Maintain electronic and hard copy student records; Maintain AWD share drive; Serve as backup Bursar; Coordinate portfolio and graduation efforts; Fulfill transcript requests; Support recruitment/marketing efforts; Coordinate open house, career/job fairs and orientation events; Maintain proficiency through professional development; Other duties as assigned.
