Qualifications:
- Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and solid understanding of the Word of God.
- Master’s degree in Administration, Leadership, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching or administration (Principal certification preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
