- Assist homeowners, contractors, and builders with product inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with expert guidance
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, upselling products, and building lasting relationships
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Stay informed about our product offerings to provide tailored recommendations
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30am -5pm, and a 1/2 day onSaturday rotation
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries and orders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
