What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - New Construction Sales - Statewide position at Delaware Elevator?
Continued growth and expansion have created the need for an outside Sales Professional in our Florida territory. We require that you have a *minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven sales history in commercial, construction or related industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Build new business relationships to help grow Delaware Elevator Inc.
- Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to communicate company products, including service and repair, and maintenance contracts.
- Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers and general contractors
- Must be motivated and eager to satisfy set sales goals and opportunities
