Essential Functions:
- Production Scheduling

- Assigning job numbers and completion dates

- Addressing equipment delivery issues with Project Managers
- Update Job trackers

- Keep up to date/live logs of job statuses

- Payment reports
o Communicating with accounting and customer to coordinate payments
o Ensuring down payment is made prior to layout submittal
o Ensuring payment with approval is made prior to jobs entering production
o Ensuring balance due is paid prior to jobs shipping
- Shipping coordination

- Inform customers of jobs being completed

- Get shipping info from customers
o Coordinate shipping dates and delivery set-ups with customers

- Commercial Invoices
- Coordinate direct ship items from suppliers
- Jobs in Warehouse

- Keep updated list of completed jobs at DEM

- Communicate storage fees to customers and DEM

- Reminder emails of completed jobs
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role in manufacturing, construction, or a relevant industry preferred.
- Familiarity with elevator industry preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with custom or complex products is also a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency or willingness to learn in ERP systems.
- Ability to translate sales quotes and engineering documents into actionable schedules.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, production, procurement, and shipping.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities or project changes.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
