- Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and conditions
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care strategies
- Monitor and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Experience administering injections
- Proficient in dementia care techniques
- Knowledge of medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10)
- Experience using electronic health record systems (e.g., Tebra)
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
