Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The DNI Program Manager is responsible for overall management of personnel and performance/compliance with a government DoD program. Candidate is expected to provide proactive management of DNI’s program, contract financials and deliverables, interface with contracting officer representative (COR), Government program managers, DNI personnel and DNI functional departments (HR, Contracts, Recruiting). By directing, leading, collaborating, supervising and interfacing with DNI employees and government customers, this individual ensures that their assigned program is performed at such a level that DNI can successfully utilize this successful past performance to pursue similar contracts and continue to help the organization grow. Maintaining an excellent reputation with both employees and government customers alike is an integral function of this role along with ensuring compliance with DNI corporate vision and mission. Candidate must have strong personnel leadership skills to drive morale, productivity collaboration and overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work in conjunction with Director of Operations to make decisions for operational activities and set program performance goals based on customer requirements.
- Responsible for program compliance and personnel performance across assigned programs. Ensure program requirements are met in the most efficient manner. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of all program activities to ensure smooth progress. Manage employee performance and merit increases in direct collaboration with OPS Director.
- Collaborate with corporate functional departments to ensure overall success of program (HR, Contracts, Finance, recruiting, purchasing).
- Manage customer relationships across program and at a senior, COR/CIO level.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.

Responsible for financial performance of programs assigned. Collaborate with program leads and managers to drive cost effective operations across the company. Review financial information and adjust operational approach to promote fiscal health.
- Work with Recruiting to establish and manage salary ranges. Interview and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Collaborate in development of standard processes and techniques in how we execute program task areas to offer the most efficient approach to meet requirements.
- Implement standardization across program. Identify, process gaps or improvements areas needed across all departments. Create and implement process improvements as required.
- Monitor performance across all Program task areas
- Develop comprehensive customer reports and manage all contract deliverables. This include managing to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and QASP requirements.
Equipment/Systems:
This position requires frequent use of computers including strong experience using MS Office, MS SharePoint.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Responsible for day-to-day oversight of all DNI’s personnel assigned which includes supervisors, task leads and their employee teams as well as subcontractors
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role that primarily requires sitting at a desk in front of a computer for long periods of time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree AND 5-7 years of experience managing government Department of Defense Programs in the information technology and/or cybersecurity arenas
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading personnel and technical teams.
