What will you do?
- Assist in coordinating activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including enforcing work procedures and service standards
- Support with associate check-in on event days.
- Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately in stands and portables.
- May assist in running a stand, portable or supervising a level.
- Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
- Helps with quarterly inventory.
- Perform end-of-event tasks, including the closing of stands and transaction reports.
- All other duties assigned.
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Enrolment at an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration, Hospitality or degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, ability to take initiative.
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Constant lifting, twisting, reaching, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
