Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department
- Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow federal, state and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
- Ensure cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
- Prepare sales and operational reports as required
More about you
- Three to five years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment
- No college degree required
- Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data
- Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems
