The opportunity
Delaware North Travel is searching for an Assistant Concessions Manager to join our team at Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. As an Assistant Concessions Manager, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee multiple food and beverage locations and teams, ensuring smooth and successful operations. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple concession locations
- Assist in training team members on company goals, policies, procedures and brand standards to ensure team performance and excellent guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food safety, sanitation, payroll, and employment
- Oversee effective cash handling, support inventory management, and assist in cost and operational reporting
More about you
- 1-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
- No college degree required
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and point of sale (POS) systems
- ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accomodate business levels
