Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $60,406 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of guest service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Support restaurant management in training, coordinating, and supervising team members, fostering their professional development and creating a positive experience for both staff and guests.
- May oversee scheduling, payroll and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Uphold safe work environment by adhering to all safety and security policies and procedures.
More about you
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume restaurant, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.
