Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $59,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Schedule, manage, train, and coach hourly commissary team members on policies, procedures, duties, and activities, receiving commissary merchandise, verifying receiving slips, forwarding invoices, confirming accurate inventory, and ensuring correct stock is delivered to the correct locations
- Adhere to updated sanitation laws and requirements, ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed by team members
- Determine quantities of food, beverage, and related products required for adequate stock and purchase as necessary, following established company guidelines
- Prepare various operational reports, keeping records relating to purchases, sales, and requisitions, and complete a monthly inventory

- 1-3 years’ of food service experience
- No college degree required
- Experience in inventory distribution and control, logistics, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
- Managerial experience
