What will you do?
- Supervise and train cooks, dishwashers, and other culinary team members
- Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed
- Ensure food is being produced in a timely and efficent manner
- Keep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times
- Cook a variety of foods for all suites including different meats, seafood, sandwiches and ballpark classics
- Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested
More about you
- At least 2 years of cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Basic math skills for counting inventory
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift
