What will you do?
- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains and repair leaks
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment
- Respond to safety concerns
- Perform facility and equipment inspections
- Repair and assemble equipment.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required
- Knowledge in electrical and plumbing
- Knowledge in kitchen appliance maintenance
Physical requirements
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
