What will you do?
- Process invoices
- Organize office and order all office supplies
- Process temp staffing sheets
- Create and send out calendar invites for all events
- Create all event menus
- Close out events
- Order all linen, equipment and specialty items for upcoming events
- Create event proposals as needed
- Keep event calendar updated daily
- Complete interdepartmental transfers
- Additional duties as assigned
- May be asked to work occasional gameday and non-gameday events when neede
More about you
- Minimum of 1 year in an admin or office role
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
