What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Train new employees and pantry staff
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Order food and beverage products from the warehouse
- Assist Runners with gathering orders and ensure orders are correct
- Assist guests, stock shelves, and count inventory
More about you
- Experience working in a restaurant required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 35 pounds occasionally
