What will you do?
- Communicate with team members to assign housing, coordinate activities and provide transportation.
- Drive 12-passenger company van on and off property; valid drivers license required.
- Supervise, train and direct housing assistants and enforce policies.
- Maintain orderly and accurate uniform stock and inventory.
- Assist staff with cleaning housing, laundry facilities and common areas as needed.
More about you
- Requires valid driver’s license, must pass non CDL DOT physical and safely operate company vehicle in inclement weather.
- High School graduate or GED and a minimum of 2 years as housekeeping supervisor or similar experience required.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure, train and motivate staff members.
- Understands simple math, communicates in English language and familiar with computer.
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures.
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds including furniture and equipment.
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, grasping, lifting, repetitive motion and use of stairs.
- Visual acuity; ability to sit for extended periods while working with computer and driving.
- Use of chemicals to clean housing, bathrooms, floors, laundry facilities and kitchens.
- Will be subject to varying weather conditions including sun, heat, cold, wind, rain and snow.
