Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Analyze transactional sales data from point-of-sale systems and other sources to uncover key insights, supporting revenue-generating efforts such as pricing and optimization strategies
- Collaborate with enterprise data teams to execute analytics projects and develop actionable plans that address core client and guest needs in target markets
- Leverage business intelligence, research, and industry trends to create value-added programs, drive brand growth, and identify market opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate fact-based findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively
- Support data architecture and warehousing initiatives, gather feedback from clients and site team members, and work with sales and marketing leaders to implement best practices and enhance client relationships
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or a similar field; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or sports industries
- Proficiency in analytics, predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R, and data warehousing tools such as SQL; experience with Tableau for data visualization is preferred
- Prior experience with point-of-sales systems and business intelligence solutions, with a broad background in marketing technology and revenue management
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic sales direction and lead both annual and long-term planning to drive business outcomes
- Proven extensive industry knowledge, encompassing domestic operations, business intelligence, and marketing strategies
