What will you do?
- Supervise team members to ensure food preparation, production, and storage meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including walk-ins, freezers, and equipment maintenance
- Enforce food safety and sanitation policies, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Monitor food inventory, rotation, labeling, and storage to minimize waste and control costs
- Collaborate with team members and managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience
More about you
- No college degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience
- Basic math skills with an ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive and detailed oriented
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
