The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Team Dining Lead Cook to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Team Dining Lead Cook, you will be responsible for working with the highest quality and freshest ingredients with progressive techniques, while working directly with the team’s nutrition program. If you are passionate about creating nutritious and delicious meals in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a dedicated team to fuel top-performing athletes, this role is for you.

What will you do?
- Prepare and cook meals following the team’s nutrition guidelines, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to meet dietary restrictions and performance goals
- Lead production and preparation of various food items for daily service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met while managing inventory and supplies efficiently
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary lead cook experience in related food service operation
- ServSafe Certified preferred
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to execute production sheets and daily cooking operations
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be on time every day
