Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Develop and execute catering sales strategies to drive revenue growth, secure new clients, and build relationships with local and national organizations, DMCs, and businesses
- Research market trends and identify business opportunities to expand the client base and increase event sales
- Work closely with clients to create customized event proposals that align with their budgets while ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, catering team members, and vendors to coordinate event logistics, negotiate costs, and oversee event profitability
- Maintain accurate sales records, track event performance, and gather client feedback to refine offerings and improve future events
- Driving is required and a company car will be provided
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a catering or event sales related field preferred
- In-depth understanding of the travel and hospitality industry
- Knowledge of key players in the marketplace that possess the ability to support the sales and marketing mission
- Proficient with standard office equipment as well as in word processing and spreadsheets
- Valid drivers license is required
