The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Servers to join our catering team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic environment where your exceptional service skills take guests to their favourite culinary destination.
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesnt include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Set up tables following banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed
- Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
- Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- Break down the event according to company procedures
More about you
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- Beneficial if you have one years experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs
- Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
