What will you do?
- Oversee the operations of all commercial food and beverage equipment, some electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Work with building operations to maintain a safe and operational facility
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition
- Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
- Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor
More about you
- Experience with commercial food and beverage equipment
- Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
- Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
