Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Training of team members assigning department schedules, assuring all post positions are filled according to company needs, overseeing the time keeping system ensuring team members punch in and out in a timely manner, accurately document staff attendance, late arrivals and overtime
- Recover, tag, log, secure, and inventory lost and found items, attempting to locate owner, and keep an accurate and up to date log of warnings issued
- Investigate incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and medical situations
- Keep an updated log of counterfeit currency recovered and controlled substances found on the property, as well as reporting procedural violations and illegal activity
- Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all security and administrative information
- Role will require the operation of company vehicles on occassion.
More about you
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Security supervisory, law enforcement or related experience is beneficial
- Have and maintain a valid drivers license, pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimum supervision
