The opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a full-time IT Technician to join our team at Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino, in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. With all technology at your fingertips and the Operations Lead by your side, you will work to support daily technical operations at Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino. Hours for this position are 9 am – 5 pm, Wednesday through Sunday.

What will you do?
- Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems
- Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
- Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user accounts, and computer configurations for team members
- Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events
- Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process
More about you
- Must be able to work a schedule which is Wednesday through Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
- Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
