Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $53,200 / year

What will you do?
- Oversee daily operations at Lewis Mountain, ensuring lodging, retail, and public spaces meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Train, develop, and support team members, providing coaching and guidance to align with Delaware North programs and service expectations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety, sanitation, payroll, and employment
- Address and resolve guest and team member concerns, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, track expenses, and oversee payroll to maintain operational efficiency and budget adherence
