What will you do?
- Follow and model NPO criteria, coaching on GuestPath standards as well as compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training
- Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days
- Assist NPO Coordinator with game and admin needs as directed
- Prepare, track, verify, distribute security badges and credentials as needed
- Setting up check-in tables and NPO uniform bins before each event
- Follow and model event uniform standards
More about you
- Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision while following direction from supervisor/manager
- Must be eager to be challenged and see opportunity to fulfill the desired game experience in every conversation with volunteers, able to model and implement rules when directing volunteers
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic math skills
- Skills in customer service and employee relations
- Technical computer and camera skills preferred
- Capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays per the training and game schedule
Physical requirements
- Carry stock items up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive movements for length of shift
