What will you do?
- Recruit and evaluate non-profit groups to staff concessions at Target Field, ensuring they meet all required criteria and qualifications
- Coordinate and deliver training for NPO groups, focusing on compliance with alcohol and sanitation regulations, guest service standards, and technical requirements
- Organize and lead ballpark tours and recruitment events, both onsite and offsite, to engage prospective groups
- Maintain organized records of non-profit group contacts, event participation, and training completion, preparing necessary reports for event days and commission compensation
- Serve as the primary liaison for non-profit groups, ensuring alignment with company policies and providing ongoing support to enhance their experience
More about you
- Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Previous sales or recruiting experience and managing teams preferred
- Previous experience with non-profit organizations preferred
