What will you do?
- Complete daily assigned administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to multiple retail managers and buyers which includes data entry, preparing reports, entering orders and processing invoices.
- Support and execute the internal team order process from start to finish.
- Assisting with inventory, cycle counting and adjustments.
- Ability to assist as needed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
More about you
- High School Diploma / GED required. Additional education and training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative position (retail setting preferred), including experience with office administrative procedures.
- Exceptional computer math skills are a must with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Office programs.
- Previous experience with retail operating systems (ex. Net Suite) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
