What will you do?
- Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items
- Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
- Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
- Manage bar inventory and inform supervisor of any shortages
- Measure all drinks using the proper measuring tool and encourage sales to guests
- Ensure all bar billing is accurateat the end of the shift
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
- Previous experience using computerized point of salesystem required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
