What will you do?
- Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
- Schedule all front of house restaurant team members for daily location schedules
- Assist with the hiring, training, and development of restaurant team members
- Inspect restaurant, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a hospitality and high-volume dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beer
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
