What will you do?
- Create and deliver associate training programs
- Maintain training records and ensure scheduled team members are up to date with their training and are in compliance with corporate policies
- Support the property in the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, participating in local workforce programs, interviewing candidates, making recommendations for hiring
- Help team members with their onboarding, including badging, uniforms, timeclock configuration, and viewing the work schedule online
- Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team
- Maintain communication with employees through email, phone calls and messages about the schedule, event updates, and any other relevant information
- Check in team members at the start of the shift to ensure proper stand placement for each event
- Making real-time adjustments based on staffing levels
- Responsible for 600 concessions employees
- Review team member timecards for missed punches, sick time employee transfers, and other time-keeping requests
- Bilingual preferred
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Prior experience as a HR Coordinator, Assistant, Training Administrator or similar role.
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of iCIMS and PeopleSoft is a plus.

- Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Ability to lift 35lbs.
